Preparing or performing a contract
We use information to respond to your request, prepare a quotation, arrange a booking and provide the photography services you have commissioned.
Legal obligations
We may need to keep certain information for accounting, taxation or other legal requirements.

Where a company, organisation or event organiser commissions the photography, that client may also be responsible for informing employees, guests, attendees or other participants that photography will take place.

We will not knowingly publish work that has been agreed as confidential.
Where portfolio use is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent by emailing zee@lucidlens.studio. We will stop future use where reasonably practicable.
Withdrawal may not make it possible to recall printed material already distributed or copies already lawfully shared by third parties.
The client’s licence to use delivered photographs does not automatically give Lucid Lens Studio permission to publish every photograph.
